Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. They explain how our website, services and marketplace work, and the rights and responsibilities of everyone involved.

Last updated: 24 October 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Satic Global SaaS Solutions website, our design, development and marketing services, and the Satic Marketplace (together, the “Services”). In these Terms, “Satic”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Satic Global SaaS Solutions, and “you” means the person or organisation using the Services.

By accessing the website, sending us an enquiry, entering into a project with us or obtaining a product from the marketplace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Our services

We provide the following, as described on our website or in a written proposal:

  • Custom software, SaaS platforms, websites, e-commerce, LMS and CRM development.
  • UI/UX and product design.
  • Digital marketing services such as SEO, paid media and affiliate programmes.
  • Ready-made digital products (templates, kits, tools, extensions and plugins) through the Satic Marketplace.
  • Support, maintenance and reporting, where agreed.

Descriptions on the website are for general information. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any project are set out in a written proposal or order that you accept.

3. Using the website

You may browse the website and use its forms for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, databases or administrative areas;
  • submit false, misleading or malicious information, or send spam through our forms;
  • scrape, copy or resell our content or products except as these Terms allow;
  • interfere with the security, availability or performance of the Services.

4. Client projects

Where we build something for you, the following applies unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

  • Proposals. A proposal sets out scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. It becomes binding when you accept it in writing (including by email).
  • Changes. Work outside the agreed scope is handled as a change request and may change the timeline and price. We will agree changes with you before starting them.
  • Your responsibilities. You agree to provide timely feedback, content, access and approvals. Delays on your side may delay delivery.
  • Milestones and payment. Fees are usually split into milestones. Invoices are due by the date shown on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue invoices.
  • Delivery and acceptance. We will notify you when a deliverable is ready. Please review it promptly and tell us in writing about any material defects against the agreed scope.
  • Ownership. Once all fees are paid in full, you own the custom deliverables created for you, excluding third-party and open-source components, which stay under their own licences, and our pre-existing tools and know-how.
  • Portfolio. Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may describe the project in our portfolio without revealing confidential information.

5. Marketplace products and licences

Products sold through the Satic Marketplace are licensed to you, not sold. The licence you choose determines how you may use the product.

  • Regular licence. Use in one end project, for yourself or for one client. You may not resell, redistribute or share the source files.
  • Extended licence. Use in unlimited end projects, including projects for clients. You still may not resell or redistribute the product itself, alone or as part of a competing product.
  • Modification. You may customise a product for your permitted use. Modified versions remain subject to the original licence.
  • Third-party components. Some products include open-source or third-party libraries that are governed by their own licences.
  • Updates and support. Unless the listing says otherwise, products include free updates and basic support for issues with the product itself. Support does not cover custom development or problems caused by your changes.

We may update product descriptions, prices and availability at any time. Sample screenshots and previews are illustrative.

6. Payments, taxes and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may exclude taxes, duties and payment-provider fees, which you are responsible for where they apply. Payment methods and instructions are confirmed with you before any payment is taken.

Because digital products can be copied once delivered, marketplace purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been delivered. We will, however, fix or replace a product that is materially different from its description or does not work as described, and, where that is not possible, refund the purchase. For client projects, refunds follow the milestone and cancellation terms in your proposal.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate promptly.

7. Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics, logos and software, and the products in the marketplace, are owned by Satic or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms or in a licence or agreement, no rights are transferred to you.

You keep ownership of the content, brand assets and data you give us. You grant us permission to use them only as needed to provide the Services to you.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services or anything we build or sell you to:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others;
  • distribute malware or engage in fraud, phishing or harassment;
  • host or promote unlawful, hateful or deceptive content;
  • bypass licence limits or technical protections.

We may suspend or end access to the Services if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non-public business, technical and financial information confidential and use it only for the project. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed or required to be disclosed by law.

10. Third-party services and links

Our work and website may rely on or link to third-party services such as hosting, payment, analytics, advertising and email providers. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, content or policies. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

11. Disclaimers

We take care to deliver high-quality work, but the Services and marketplace products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific business results, such as search rankings, traffic, leads or revenue, because these depend on factors outside our control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Satic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service or product that the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Satic against claims, losses and costs arising from content you supply, your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Either party may end a project in line with the cancellation terms of the proposal or, if none, by written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and does not fix the problem within a reasonable time.

On termination you must pay for work completed and costs committed up to that date. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, payment, confidentiality, disclaimers and liability) will continue to apply.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Satic Global SaaS Solutions is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If that does not work, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Material changes will apply from the date they are posted, and continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms. A signed project agreement continues to apply as written.
